Consistency of care, feed, supplements and any other goods or services related to the overall well being of a horse is critical to a long term management plan.  SPS Farm is proud to have established and maintained relationships of many years standing with the vendors and suppliers providing those goods and services.

Veterinary Clinic, PA

SPS Farm primarily uses Dr. Gerald Orr as the farm veterinarian.  He has been with the Veterinary Clinic, PA for 27 years and has been the farm vet since 1994.  If Dr. Orr or his partner, Dr. Mulligan, are not available, there are several other excellent equine veterinarians in the area.

Rex Shelton, Farrier

Rex has been the farm farrier since 1993.  He is certified by the American Farrier's Association and is highly experienced in his field.

Gary Biggerstaff, Equine Dentist

Gary is International Association of Equine Dentists (IAED) certified as an advanced member as well as a Certified Master Dentist.  He has over 20 years experience and travels throughout the United States with his practice.  He has been the farm dentist since 1993.

Community Chiropractic - Dr. Victoria Naumann

Dr. Naumann is an accomplished equestrian as well as a doctor of chiropractic.  She has an active practice in Easley, SC and is also certified to treat dogs and horses as well as people.  Over the past 3 years, she has treated several horses at SPS for stiffness with dramatic improvements in movement as a result.

Philpot's Feed and Seed

Philpot's has provided grain and supplements to SPS Farm since it's inception in the early 1990's.  They always provide fresh quality products.

Carolina Fresh Farms (Hay Supplier)

Top quality hay is essential to the health and condition of any horse.  Carl and Fran are very particular about the hay used at SPS Farm.  Located in Columbia, SC, Carolina Fresh Farms has supplied an excellent Bermuda mix hay to SPS since 2003.
